The Programmer I is mainly responsible for enhancements of new product features. He/she may create simple additional programs and/or utilities to supplement changes/modifications made by the Analysts. The Programmer I also fix system/program error/s and perform data fixing at the client site or JSI office for such inconsistencies. It is important that the Programmer I ensure there is proper documentation in everything he/she performed on the system/program and that these are supported by other written materials verified by his/her immediate superior.
Qualifications:
• Graduates of Computer Science, Information Technology and other related courses
• With background and knowledge on object-oriented programming languages such as Visual Basic 6.0, C++, C# or Visual Basic .Net with strong SQL Database programming background

Account Manager is rsponsible for generating sales and managing accounts of the existing customers of the company. He/she is expected to deliver assigned performance goal to reach the team’s periodic revenue objective. The Account Manager is also expected to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.

• Experience in selling ERP systems or software applications preferred

• With 4 or more years of cumulative professional experience with specific focus on IT sales

The Software Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality of the software prior to deployment to the client. H/she shall run tests with different possible scenarios that the software user might encounter preventing future problems from occurring. A good understanding of the different business processes such as Accounting, Manufacturing, Distribution and HR are necessary as part of the responsibilities of the Software Tester is to assess the system’s accuracy and efficiency accordingly.

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for training and guiding the users of the ERIC system. He/she works with the clients on systems modification and/or process improvement, providing assessment and consultation when needed. The Implementation Consultant works closely with the research and quality assurance group coordinating concerns and issues encountered on the client’s site.
Qualifications:
· Graduates of Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, Business
· Management, Manufacturing Engineering and other business courses
· Being a Certified Public Accountant would be an advantage
· With at least one (1) year experience in accounting, logistics operations, or manufacturing
· Exposure in automotive dealership operations as a Service Advisor would be a plus
· Working knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server database, report writers and/or ERP implementation is an advantage
· Experience in the implementation of Financial applications is an advantage (IT inclined)
· Self-motivated, fast-learner, team player and with good communication skills
