IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANTS
The Implementation Consultant is responsible for training and guiding the users of the ERIC system. He/she works with the clients regarding system modification and/or process improvement, providing assessment and consultation when needed.
- Graduates of Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology and other business courses
- Experience in accounting or logistics operations is an advantage
- Preferably working knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server database, Infomaker report writer and/or ERP implementation
- Self-motivated, fast-learner, team player and with good communication skills
PRE-SALES CONSULTANTS
The Pre-sales Consultant is the company representative in presenting ERIC to its clients. He/she shall be working closely with the Sales Team, ensuring client understanding and appreciation of the product.
- Graduates of any business course preferably Accountancy
- Computer literate with particular knowledge in all MS applications
- With very good presentation and communication skills
- Confident, fast-learner, self-motivated, and a team player
TEAM LEADERS
The Team Leader is responsible in overseeing the project, ensuring the quality and timeframe of the project is followed. He/she will be reporting directly to the head of RND.
- Graduates of Computer Science, Information Technology and other related courses
- With a minimum of 4 years experience in J2EE or WebSphere platform development
- Has served in the capacity of a Team Leader for at least 1 project
- Organized, fast-learner, team player and with good communication skills
PROGRAMMERS
The Programmer is responsible for developing different efficient systems for the clients. He/she shall work with various projects, current and/or future.
- Graduates of Computer Science, Information Technology and other related courses
- Programming exposure using Visual Basic, Powerbuilder, C++ or any object-oriented languages is an advantage
- And/or with a minimum of 1 year working experience in JAVA, .NET, C++, C# platforms
- Can express ideas, self-motivated, fast-learner and thrives on challenge
SOFTWARE TESTER / QA ENGINEERS
The Software Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality of the software prior to deployment to the client. He/she shall run tests with different possible scenarios that the software user might encounter preventing future problems from occurring.
- Graduates of Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology and other business courses
- Experience in testing business software applications or use of automated software testing systems such as Rational Robot or Mercury Roadrunner is an advantage.
- Must be very resourceful, meticulous, and creative in performing the tasks assigned.
MARKETING REPRESENTATIVES
The Marketing Representative (MR) is the company front liner for marketing events and lead generation activities. The MR position receives training in ERP/business solutions and communication skills with the opportunity to move to an account management position as a Software Sales Consultant or as a technical Pre-Sales Consultant.

- Computer literate with particular knowledge in MS Office applications
